Hello! I'm Groovy Kaiju, and I am a completely independent musician and online creator! Throughout the 15+ years of consistently releasing music, and the 5+ years of consistently making relationships with over 10k+ amazing people in my fan clubs. I've learned something very important! 😁Art & Music are often taken for granted, but they are some of the most important tools in our life! Music becomes the soundtrack of our everyday experiences, and often times music is the way we meet, connect, and relate to some of the most important people in our lives! 🙏But it can go much deeper than that! In the order confirmation window, you will be given instructions on how to log into the Oceanfront Online Shopify website using only your email, and there's a link directly to the Monster Kingdom website on your account page. Or! If you are already logged in, you can use the "Enter the Kingdom" button above which just takes you to the Monster Kingdom portal on Oceanfront Online. Physical good benefits like the mixtapes, will be mailed out once a month. You can track the status of this with the order confirmation email you get with every monthly subscription payment, or the order page in your Oceanfront Online Order History on your account page! Is this the only place to subscribe to the Monster Kingdom?A: Oceanfront Online is a music collective and online storefront built on Shopify by Groovy Kaiju. It's the main hub Groovy Kaiju uses for all of their merch, and exclusive releases! Therefore it's the best and easiest way for you to enjoy and access the Monster Kingdom! However, I also recognize a lot of music collectors LOVE listening and supporting on Bandcamp. Therefore you can also enjoy the Monster Citizen Tier on Bandcamp, however it's more expensive to compensate for Bandcamp's cut. All other tiers are exclusive to Oceanfront Online due to the difficulty of managing the infrastructure of logistics and shipping outside of Shopify.Q: How will I be notified of updates to the Monster Kingdom Portal, and any updates & upgrades to my benefits?A: All updates and communications for the Monster Kingdom will be sent to your e-mail! You will receive an automated weekly round-up of all of the updates and upgrades to your benefits in the Monster Kingdom portal. Q: What inspired the mission of the Monster Kingdom?A: The mission of the Monster Kingdom was inspired by people like YOU! Really, as a independent musician and extroverted person, I've thankfully been able to connect with a lot of people! We've been able to share a lot of stories about how music has impacted our lives in so many ways. To me, this felt like the best move for YOU and me to really try and create something special that can really positively impact anyone who is able to learn about the stories we're telling, the music we're producing, and the art we're sharing with the world!Q: How is my money used for the Monster Kingdom?A: Your money is used to help operate the websites, purchase the exclusive merch, and compensate the team who add new updates to the Monster Kingdom website and allow it to run smoothly! Currently, the team is mostly Groovy Kaiju (Aaron Turner), with occasional commissioned audio/visual artists. However, with your support this team could include part-time assistants, dedicated visual creatives, video editors, and more!Q: Do I HAVE to pay a monthly subscription to get the benefits on the Monster Kingdom?A: Nope! Some of the benefits are available as one-time purchases from the Monster Kingdom Relics Collection! However, some benefits are entirely exclusive to the monthly subscription like: early access to upcoming music, recognition in the hall of fame, the Secret Shop, limited exclusive postcards, limited exclusive mixtapes, etc...Q: I'm on a budget right now, how else can I support Groovy Kaiju and get some fun goodies?A: No worries!
